Here is how this works in practice. Broadcast delivery for Hungarian television operates under the rules of NMHH (Nemzeti Média- és Hírközlési Hatóság, the Hungarian Radio and Television Authority). Plus each Hungarian carrier keeps a logged spec that drives how we prepare masters at Mafilm, Pannonia Post, and Origo Post. MTVA Tech-Ops. Here is the short of it. RTL Klub, TV2, and ATV Hungary on the commercial side each run a slightly different acceptance profile but share the same audio loudness target and Hungarian-language captioning need under NMHH disability-access rules. We build masters that conform to each TV networks's exact spec. This includes AAC and Dolby Digital 5.1 audio masters with optional Dolby Atmos and Auro 11.1 immersive tracks for prestige delivery, and we manage the upload through each TV networks's MAM ingest portal.

Here is the breakdown.
